This matter is before the court following the issuance of a writ of certiorari to review an order of Honorable William J. Wilkins, King County Superior Court, entered on May 5, 1971. That order: (1) found petitioner to be in contempt of court and punished him for the contempt; (2) denied petitioner any right to a hearing on his petition to modify a decree of divorce; and (3) denied petitioner any visitation with his daughter until he paid certain sums of money to the respondent and to her attorney, awarded as costs and attorney’s fees, and child support.
