¶1 Brian Bay appeals the trial court’s December 21, 2007 order (1) allowing his ex-wife, Kelly Jensen, to move their two children from California to New Mexico and then to Washington; (2) precluding him from filing any further “legal action” in Pierce County until he pays attorney fees and other costs awarded to Jensen; and (3) requiring him to pay $3,000 to Jensen for attorney fees.
