Virginia and Lewis Rehak were awarded divorces from each other. The husband appeals and the sole issue presented is whether the trial court abused its discretion in awarding all the community property to the wife.

Each party had been previously married and no children were born of this marriage. Findings, to which no excep tions were taken, indicated during the marriage the husband had been employed as a carpenter or millwright earning approximately $7,500 to $8,000 a year and the wife employed as a cocktail waitress and barmaid earning between $3,000 to $4,000 a year.
