(“Adidas”) 1 filed this action for damages and injunctive relief against defendant National Collegiate Athletic Association (“the NCAA”) alleging violations of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1- and 2, and state law claims of tortious interference with contractual relations, tortious interference with prospective economic advantage, breach of contract, and violations of public policy and NCAA bylaws and rules.
