This action was brought by Marie Lindley, plaintiff, against Norton-Jobnson Buick Company, to recover damages for the alleged conversion of an automobile. Plaintiff ■ alleged in her petition that she was the owner of a 1929 model Buick coupe; that she delivered it in December, 1930, to the defendant for the purpose of having some repairs made thereon; that in March, 1931, the defendant converted the same by selling it to one C.
