Plaintiffs-Appellants Leslie Weise and Alex Young appeal from the district court’s dismissal of their Bivens complaint against certain defendants. Ms. Weise and Mr. Young brought this action claiming violations of their First Amendment rights. In ruling on pretrial motions, the district court held that Defendants-Appellees Michael Casper and Jay Bob Klinkerman were entitled to qualified immunity. Weise v.
