Before the Court is plaintiff Securities Industry Association’s (“SIA’s”) motion to enjoin defendant-intervenor Bankers Trust Company from further sales of commercial paper on behalf of third-party issuers. On February 4, 1986, 627 F.Supp. 695, this Court issued a Memorandum Opinion and Order (“February 4 Opinion”) holding that such sales violated the Glass-Steagall Act.
