Plaintiff on his own behalf and as assignee of thirty-one other fruit growers brought this action to recover sums of money asserted to be owing from defendants for oranges and lemons, in some instanees sold to defendants, in other instances consigned to them for sale. Plaintiff recovered judgment and the defendant Peycke Company appeals, the principal ground of appeal being that the findings are not supported by the evidence.
The defendants entered into a written contract with each other, .a copy of which here follows:
