This appeal arises out of a lead paint action filed in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City by Patrice Barr, appellant, against the following appellees: Stanley Rochkind, JAM # 16 Corporation, Charles Runkles, Uptown Realty Co., and Dear Management and Construction Company. Appellant alleges that she was exposed to lead-based paint while living in a rental property owned and managed by appellees. Appellees moved for summary judgment, arguing that appellant could not produce sufficient evidence to establish a prima facie case of negligence.
