This appeal is from an interlocutory order granting a temporary injunction against appellants, restraining them from taking any further steps towards con verting into a cemetery a 15-acre tract of land owned by them and situated adjacent to and partly abutting upon Salado creek, in Bexar county. It appears that the restraining order was issued on January 81, 1923, without notice to the defendants, without a hearing of any of the parties, and without requiring the petitioners to make any bond.
