Before the Court are the Applications of Wilmington Trust Company (‘WTC”) as Indenture Trustee filed on August 14, 2001, and August 15, 2005, for allowance of an administrative expense claim and a charging lien for its remaining unsecured claim for services rendered by it and its attorneys in this case and for a period after confirmation. Goldin Associates, L.L.C. (the “Liquidating Trustee”) and Resurgence Asset Management L.L.C., (“Resurgence”) object to those Applications.
