THIS CAUSE came before the Court for hearing on December 23, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. upon the Motion of SREI-Miami, LLC (“SREI”) for Allowance and Payment of Administrative Expense Claim Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 503(b) (the “Motion”) [D.E.
