The matter before the Court is Washington Federal Savings Bank’s Motion for Approval of Charges and Application of Payments Under Loan Agreement, Including Counsel Fees, Nunc Pro Tunc, Under 11 U.S.C. § 506 and 11 U.S.C. § 1322(e), or for Amendment of Proof of Claim and/or Reconsideration of Claim Under F.R.B.P. 3008 (“Motion”). For the reasons expressed below, the motion is granted.
