{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Kevin Keith, appeals the judgment of the Crawford County Court of Common Pleas denying his petition for postconviction relief. On appeal, Keith asserts that the trial court erred in denying his petition for postconviction relief without first allowing him to conduct discovery, that the trial court erred in denying his petition for postconviction relief without conducting an evidentiary hearing, and that the trial court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law were arbitrary and inaccurate.
