In this action the plaintiff, the Park View Hospital Company, recovered judgment for $253.61, for the care and treatment of K. T. Brandenburg, a member of the defendant lodge. The defendant appeals.

There was evidence tending to prove the following facts: The plaintiff, a corporation, conducted a hospital at Manhattan. The defendant, a corporation, was a fraternal organization at Randolph. K. T. Brandenburg was a member of the defendant lodge. He became sick and the lodge, by formal action, ordered that someone be hired to take care of him.…
