Judgment was rendered in the district court of Douglas county on July 2, 1892, in favor of the bank and against the trust company for a sum exceeding $20,-000. 3. Demurrer to evideuce review. The first assignment of error relates to the admission of the stub-books showing the shares of stock issued to the defendant below.
