ORDER

KELLAM, District Judge.

This action was initiated by the plaintiff under the civil enforcement provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), 29 U.S.C. § 1132(a)(1)(B). Both parties have moved for summary judgment. By order entered on February 21, 1992, Senior United States District Judge John A. MacKenzie designated Magistrate Judge William T. Prince, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B), to conduct such hearings as necessary to submit to a judge of this court a report and recommendation for disposition by that judge of the cross-motions for summary judgment.…
