Pending before the Court is the plaintiff’s motion for class certification in this cause of action brought pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1343 seeking relief authorized by 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981 and 2000e, et seq.1 A *642hearing on the motion commenced June 29, 1979, and continued on August 16 and 17. At the conclusion of the hearing the Court asked that the parties submit memoranda and proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law, which they have now filed.
