MEMORANDUM OPINION
ROY, District Judge.
This action was brought by plaintiffs on June 26, 1980, under the provisions of 28 U.S.C. §§ 1343 and 1331, as well as 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 2000e et seq. Plaintiffs are seeking redress of their injuries individually and, pursuant to Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, for themselves and others similarly situated allegedly discriminated against by defendant White Hall School District.
