Michael Watson sued Lonnie Whiteside, Rose City Sand Corporation, and Jack Hu-ebner for injuries arising from an accident in which the vehicle he was driving was hit from behind by a dump truck being driven by Whiteside. The jury awarded appellee $1,050,000, and the trial court added prejudgment interest in the amount of $135,-030. The jury attributed 15 percent of the fault to Whiteside (the truck driver), 50 percent to Rose City (Whiteside’s employer), and 35 percent to Huebner (the President and sole shareholder of Rose City).
