THE COURT.

This proceeding presents a motion to dismiss the appeal herein and a motion for diminution of record.

Appellant is the natural mother of Dorothy Irene Yoder and Wilma Corrine Yoder, who were of the ages of twelve and ten years, respectively, at the time the adoption proceedings hereinafter referred to were commenced. Proceedings were instituted by the respondents in the superior court of the county of Los Angeles looking to the adoption of said children by them.
