OPINION
Opinion By
Justice WRIGHT.
Linda Amone (Mother) and Christopher Amone (Father) appeal the termination of their parental rights to their two children J.A. and N.A.1 In four issues, Mother and Father assert that (1) the trial court erred in failing to comply with section 263.401 of the family code and dismiss the termination suit, (2) the trial court erred in failing to appoint expert witnesses on behalf of Mother and Father, (3) the trial court erred in failing to grant a mistrial, and (4) the evidence was insufficient to support termination of Mother’s parental rights. We affirm.
