LAVINE, J.

The plaintiff, New Breed Logistics, Inc., appeals from the judgment of the trial court, A. Robinson, J., claiming that the court improperly dissolved a temporary injunction issued against the defendant CT INDY NH TT, LLC, 1 by failing to consider the Connecti cut Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA), General Statutes § 42-110a et seq. We affirm the judgment of the trial court. 2
