The defendants, Chester Lichaj and Nicole Lichaj, appeal from the judgment of the trial court granting an injunction in favor of the plaintiffs, David Welles and Lori Welles, enjoining Chester Lichaj from maintaining a right-of-way over the plaintiffs’ property.
