MEMORANDUM OPINION
EMMET G. SULLIVAN, District Judge.
This case arises from the controversy surrounding the circumstances under which plaintiff Idah Zirintusa (“Zirintusa”) came to the United States, and the conditions she experienced while staying in the home of defendant Rosa Whitaker (“Whitaker”) between August and December 2004. Whitaker and defendant Pauline Harris (“Harris”) (collectively “defendants”) have jointly filed a motion for summary judgment.
