TATEL, Circuit Judge:

Appealing the dismissal of her employment discrimination case, appellant argues that the district court abused its discretion in denying her motion to amend her complaint to correct an erroneous statutory citation. ' She also argues that the district court erred in finding her claims of race discrimination and retaliation barred by a settlement agreement. We agree with appellant regarding the motion to amend: Absent evidence of prejudice, delay — the only reason given by the district court— cannot justify denying a motion…
