These three consolidated anti-trust cases are before this court for the second time. The underlying litigation has been in progress for almost a decade. Appellants are three wax museums: Williamsburg Wax Museum (“Williamsburg”); National Civil War Wax Museum (“Gettysburg”); and National Souvenir Center (“Gatlinburg”).
