OPINION
CECELIA H. GOETZ, Bankruptcy Judge:
Pending before this Court are a number of motions relating to the voting on the debtor’s plan of reorganization and to the confirmation of that plan. Other motions concern related matters. Because an appeal is pending with respect to one aspect of these interrelated matters, the Court has delayed decision on them. However, for reasons which shall become clear, the Court has belatedly concluded that in fairness to the parties and to the appellate court, all pending matters should now be resolved to the extent possible so as to avoid further piecemeal…
