The defendant, Jose Ramon Heredia, appeals from the judgment of conviction rendered after a jury trial of intentional manslaughter in the first degree with a firearm in violation of General Statutes § 53a-55a, and conspiracy to commit assault in the first degree in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-48 and 53a-59 (a) (1).
