This proceeding presents a dispute between a high risk international investment fund and several of its investors. 1 It is an ancillary proceeding under section 304 of the Bankruptcy Code. Thornhill Global Deposit Funds, Ltd. (“Thornhill Global” or “Debtor”) is a debtor in a compulsory winding-up proceeding in the Bahamas.
