I. Introduction
This is a quintessential Hollywood 1 bankruptcy case. Before the court is a $533,114 settlement of a controversy (“the funds”) between Artimm, S.r.l. (“Artimm”), an Italian corporation, and TriStar Pictures, Inc. (“Tristar”) over distribution proceeds of the motion picture Weekend at Bemie’s II (“the film”).
