YANKWICH, District Judge.
Earl L. Etherton, bankrupt, filed his petition for arrangement under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Act of 1938 1 on March 18, 1949. The plan of arrangement was abandoned before its confirmation by the court on August 3, 1949 and the petitioner was adjudicated a bankrupt on the same day. Prior to the filing of the petition, J. W. Bradshaw, doing business as J. W. Bradshaw Hardware Floor Company, re corded three. separate mechanic’s liens on January 4, 1949, in Los Angeles County against three separate parcels of land owned by the bankrupt, — one lien being upon lots 9…
