Affirming.

Title to a strip of land formerly occupied by an interurban electric railway is involved. The question is, where was the destination of the remainder in reversion retained in the conveyance of the easement. The property is on the east side of the Lexington and Nicholas-ville road (now U. S. Highway No. 27), a mile or so south of Lexington.

On April 19, 1909, L. C. Price and others conveyed a strip of land 25 feet wide and about a half mile long to the Central Kentucky Traction Company as a right of way. The deed contains the following…
