OPINION
BROWN, Bankruptcy Judge.
The bankruptcy court entered an order granting the plaintiffs motion for default judgment against the defendants, including the Defendant-Appellant Larry D. Lomaz. Following that order, the bankruptcy court entered an order setting certain conditions, including posting of a bond, for Mr. Lomaz’s relief of setting aside the default. It is from the latter order that Mr. Lomaz appeals; however, the purpose of the appeal is to seek relief from the default judgment.
