Now before the Court is the Motion for Default Judgment filed by the Plaintiffs on July 13, 2007. The Court entered default against Defendant America’s Servicing Company (“ASC”) on October 23, 2007, and subsequently denied ASC’s Motion to Set Aside Default on May 23, 2008.
