OPINION

EASTAUGH, Justice.

I. INTRODUCTION

The superior court held the Board of Trustees of the Anchorage Police & Fire Retirement System in indirect criminal contempt for violating a court order that approved a class action settlement. Indirect criminal contempt" requires finding beyond a reasonable doubt that the respondent violated an order willfully.
