OPINION
MATTHEWS, Justice.
I. INTRODUCTION
This case presents the question of whether the superior court erred when it refrained from holding Whaler’s Cove, Inc., in contempt for allegedly failing to comply with a prior order of the court. We conclude that because Whaler’s Cove had made significant efforts to comply with the prior order, the superior court was well within its discretion when it refused to hold Whaler’s Cove in contempt.
