This Court granted the motion for discretionary review by Countryway Insurance Company, a New York corporation, in its dispute with United Financial Casualty Company, 1 over how to apportion damages between the two, both insurers having pro vided uninsured motorist (UM) coverage to a passenger injured in an automobile accident in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
