This action was instituted by the defendant in error, as plaintiff, against the plaintiff in error, as 'defendant, for the recovery of a money judgment in the sum of $510.

Plaintiff’s petition alleged, in substance, that on the 16th day of November, 1920, Elizabeth Taylor, being the owner, entered into a rental contract with plaintiff for the year 1921, for certain lands described in the petition; that plaintiff is the owner of the leasehold estate upon said lands and entitled to the rents and profits arising therefrom; that the reasonable rental value of said lands for…
