TNT Properties, Ltd. v. Tri-Star Developers LLC
Court of Appeals of Minnesota
1Opinion of the Court
OPINION
HALBROOKS, Judge.
After reaching a settlement in their real estate transaction, the agreement was read into the record in open court, and all par ties expressly assented to its terms. Appellant later refused to honor the agreement, arguing that respondents had breached the agreement by failing to timely tender the first installment payment or, in the alternative, that the agreement was unenforceable under the statute of frauds. Respondents moved to compel settlement, and the district court granted the motion. We affirm.
