Craig Shuck, d/b/a Beaver Masonry, appeals from the district court’s award of a $78,522 judgment to respondent Riley Brothers Construction. Appellant argues: (1) the evidence presented at the bench trial fails to support the district court’s determination that a contract existed between the parties; (2) the evidence does not support application of the doctrine of promissory estoppel; (3) the district court erred in its determination of damages; and (4) the district court erred in evidentiary rulings, which entitle appellant to a new trial/ Because the evidence…
