*301Following a disciplinary hearing, a Hearing Board suspended Mare F. Bendinelli (Attorney Registration Number 28425) for sixty-days, all stayed upon completion of a one-year period of probation with conditions. The probation took effect on June 283, 2014.

In the course of representing a client on a loss of consortium claim, Bendinelli failed to keep his client reasonably informed about the status of her case and failed to obtain her informed consent in writing to settle an aggregate claim.
