— Vernon Turner appeals his three convictions of first degree theft. The charges were based on a series of unauthorized payments from his employer’s bank accounts and purchases on his employer’s credit card. These events occurred over a period of 10 months. The State’s multiple charges under the first degree theft statute were based on variations in the methods by which Turner allegedly stole the funds. Turner claims that the multiple convictions for violation of the same statute subjected him to double jeopardy under the state and federal constitutions. We agree.
