MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
SLEET, District Judge.
On September 24, 1998, Ivanhoe F. Miller (“Miller”), filed a pro se complaint alleging that his employer, State of Delaware Department of Probation and Parole, a division of the Department of Correction (“DOC”), violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Specifically, Miller alleges that the DOC suspended and later terminated his employment based on his race.
