MEMORANDUM OPINION

FARNAN, District Judge.

Presently before the Court is Defendant United Parcel Service Inc.’s (“UPS”) Motion For Summary Judgment. (D.I.94.) For the reasons set forth below, the Court will grant UPS’s Motion.

BACKGROUND

Plaintiff Eileen A. Weaver is an employee of UPS in Harrington, Delaware. The terms and conditions of the relations between UPS and its employees are governed by a collective bargaining agreement (the “Collective Bargaining Agreement”).
