FREEDMAN, J.

The respondent mother appeals from the denial of her motion to open and to vacate the *25judgments of the trial court terminating her parental rights with respect to her two minor children.1 We affirm the judgments of the trial court.

The following facts are necessary for the resolution of the respondent’s appeal.
