The bill in this case was filed by seven individuals and one corporation, as property owners and taxpayers, for themselves and such others as might become parties thereto. Before hearing, the Greenwich Terminal Company, a corporation, having acquired the real estate of all the original complainants, asked and received permission to intervene as an additional plaintiff, “for the protection of its interests in the premises,” being certain tracts of land, in the southern section of the City of Philadelphia, condemned for freight yard purposes, as hereinafter…
