INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (“Air Products”) commenced an action in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County on February 8, 2002 based upon alleged manufacturing defects in' pressure vessels sold to Air Products by Eaton Metal Products Co.
