This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs’ amended motion for class certification, collective action certification, and approval of Hoffman-La Roche notice. (Dkt. No. 187.) The Court has reviewed the motion, Defendants’ response (Dkt. No. 229), Plaintiffs’ reply (Dkt. No. 264), Defendants’ surreply (Dkt. No. 267), and all documents submitted in support thereof.
