Before the Court for consideration are Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss (Dkt.# 30); Defendants’ Motion to Strike Consent Forms and for Protective Order (Dkt.# 37); and Plaintiffs’ Motion for Conditional Class Certification and Judicial Notice (Dkt.# 48).
